What does Life Coaching involve?

Sessions take place together in relaxing, informal surroundings, over a time span that we agree in the first session.

Discussions are confidential, with a constructive emphasis. All written records are shared between us.

As a coach I will be:

Respecting your unique strengths as an individual
Clarifying your life in the present and your real values
Looking at what works for you
Helping you set and accomplish goals that you really want
Examining how setbacks occur and assisting you in overcoming them
Challenging and questioning you when this helps to enlighten the picture
Providing a structure to help us work effectively
Having consistent regard for your well-being

You may well find that the whole process involves change. Changes in thinking about problems, changes in how you see yourself, changes in how you see others, changes in how you act - and maybe other changes we did not expect.

If you are open to these changes, and if we both come together with a commitment to achieving real results, then we're ready for coaching.
