What is life coaching?

Coaching provides a series of important conversations that aim to help you move your life forward in positive ways. It is a chance to spend time on yourself, looking at where you are and where you might want to be. Life is full of challenges and choices that can be difficult to steer through, and a coach may be the companion you need to discover your own ways of moving forward.

The direction is yours and the action is yours. The essence of my coaching is to help you find both.

Coaching is neither counselling nor therapy. Whilst valuing what may be learned from the past, the focus of coaching is on the future. We work from where you currently are, we look realistically at possibilities, we arrive at goals that hold meaning for you, and we share the same intention - positive results.
